Offering flexible daily hours, this long-term contract is ideal for local candidates looking for dependable, consistent work to fit around their daily schedule. We offer a choice between straightforward PAYE Direct ( 12.71/hr + accrued holiday pay) or an Umbrella option ( 16.71/hr) , providing reliable weekly income with a leading agency. Your Role & Responsibilities Working independently on-site, you will be responsible for maintaining pristine hygiene and cleanliness standards across welfare facilities and site offices: Office & Welfare Cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting site offices, meeting rooms, canteens, and drying rooms daily. Sanitation & Hygiene: Thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting toilet facilities, washbasins, turnstiles, and high-touch surface points. Canteen Maintenance: Cleaning food prep areas, wiping down tables, microwave interiors, sinks, and seating areas. Waste Disposal: Emptying office and canteen bins, replacing liners, and transferring rubbish to designated site skip areas. Stock Management: Monitoring cleaning supplies, hand soaps, paper towels, and toilet rolls, notifying site management when restocking is needed. Requirements & Qualifications To satisfy site entry and hygiene standards, all applicants must possess: Cleaning Experience: Proven background in commercial, office, industrial, or construction site welfare cleaning (strictly required) .
