This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong Architectural Technician who enjoys working across the full project lifecycle and wants to develop their career within a collaborative consultancy environment. The Role As an Architectural Technician, you will be responsible for producing high-quality technical drawings and construction information, working closely with architects, engineers, consultants and clients to develop coordinated design solutions. Your responsibilities will include: Producing detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections and construction details. Developing designs from concept through to technical design and construction stages. Producing and coordinating technical information using AutoCAD and/or Revit. Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary engineering and design teams. Ensuring drawings and technical documentation comply with relevant Building Regulations, British Standards and project requirements. Assisting with design development, technical detailing, material specifications and buildability. Coordinating information with external consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders. Attending site visits and surveys where required and incorporating findings into design information. Reviewing drawings and resolving technical and coordination issues throughout the project lifecycle. Supporting the wider project team to ensure projects are delivered to programme, budget and quality requirements.
