This role sits within the growing domestic ventilation sector, supporting social housing and residential properties to tackle mould, condensation, and poor air quality through specialist ventilation systems. You ll be out on the road carrying out installations, repairs, inspections, fault finding, and practical electrical work across occupied social housing and residential properties. The role requires an electrically qualified Engineer who is practical, organised, customer focused, and comfortable working independently. Carry out inspection, repair, and replacement works on existing ventilation systems. Complete electrical testing, fault finding, drilling, fitting, and practical installation work. Work within occupied homes while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach. Complete fit sheets, photographs, electrical certificates, and job updates using company systems. Manage van stock, tools, and materials to ensure jobs are completed efficiently. Work closely with scheduling and operational teams to maintain service standards and delivery timelines.
