NET MANAGER JOB TITLE: NET MANAGER RESPONSIBLE TO: Assistant Head / Pastoral Team GRADE: 2.4 Pastoral Support 2 Grade G04 SCP 15-20 SALARY: £30,024 – 32,597 FTE HOURS: 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year Closing date for application: Wednesday 16th September 1:00pm Interview date: TBC We are seeking an exceptional, compassionate and highly motivated Net Manager to join our dedicated pastoral team. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a significant difference to the lives of young people by providing outstanding pastoral care, guidance and support. Working closely with the Pastoral Team, SLT, the Additional Learning Needs (ALN) Team, teaching staff, families and external agencies, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every learner feels safe, supported and empowered to achieve their full potential. The successful candidate will assist in tackling underachievement by working in partnership with families, parents, carers and pupils in a school context to enable pupils, particularly the most disadvantaged, to have full access to educational opportunities and overcome barriers to learning and participation. The NET Manager will lead the Alternative Provision Centre as part of the school’s positive Behaviour Management Strategy. As a key member of the pastoral team, you will contribute to the development of a positive school culture where students feel valued, respected and inspired to succeed.
