Are you passionate about helping others and delivering exceptional customer service? Our client, a premium pet food brand known for its commitment to quality and care, is seeking a Temporary Customer Service Executive to join their vibrant and supportive team.
As a Customer Care Executive you will act as an ambassador for the brand and deliver exceptional customer service to their customers. This will shine through in everything you do from supporting and managing customer enquiries (via telephone, email, social media and - soon enough - web chat), ensuring they offer the best customer experience, nutritional advice, product information and emotional support at all times. You will also liaise with all the other teams in the business to ensure they are always aligned and giving up to date information, and therefore giving the best possible service
A passion for pets is important, and for this role in particular you need a background in dealing with our four-legged friends
if you love pets this is the role for you and if you have a pet dog you will also have the opportunity to take your dog to work :)
Job Title: Temporary Customer Service Executive - Maternity cover
Start Date: Monday 7th September with some flexibility
End Date: End June 2027 - Maternity cover
Pay: £14.50
Location: Tottenham Court Road
Hybrid working role: 2 days in their beautiful new office and 3 days working from home
Hours: 08.30 - 17.00 - Monday - Friday
Key Responsibilities:
As a Temporary Customer Service Executive, you will be the voice of our client! Your main tasks will include:
- Responding promptly to emails, ensuring all customer inquiries are addressed efficiently 📧
- Answering calls with a friendly demeanour, providing information, and resolving issues over the phone ☎️
- Engaging with customers on social media platforms, addressing questions and comments in a timely manner 💬
What We're Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 🗣️
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude
- Experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus!
- A tech-savvy mindset, comfortable navigating social media and email platforms 💻
