GLL is looking for enthusiastic, player-focused coaches to join our team at Waddon Leisure Centre across a range of age groups during Sunday mornings. As a Football Coach you’ll be highly motivated and committed to engage and inspire pupils of all ages and abilities within a safe setting providing a fun, friendly and encouraging environment you’ll pass on your knowledge to help improve pupil’s football performances whilst teaching the fundamental footballing skills - you’ll get great satisfaction seeing pupils progress and develop. Your FA level 1 or above qualifications will ensure that you can comfortably deliver high-quality sessions at a variety of levels, abilities and age groups from children through to experienced adults. What you’ll do: Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate training sessions Support player development across technical, tactical, physical, and personal areas Provide constructive feedback to players and support communication with parents when required Contribute to a positive, professional, and development-focused environment You will be responsible for the delivery of a football programme which will be well structured, focussing on progression and the development of your pupils.
