Main Duties To maintain and drive our sales process, whilst ensuring the best possible customer service is offered to all of our current and prospective members To work over the phone, face to face and with outreach, to gain and convert leads led by our sales targets To assist the centre gain our membership targets, with quality customer service and retention initiatives To work with the sales manager on creating and implementing new ideas on a monthly basis to refresh our sales planners To locate and attend outreach events to gain leads and convert sales The Person Confident with a can do attitude Enthusiastic Flexible Very organised Willingness to learn Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure Sales experience Eager to succeed in a competitive industry What can Lex Leisure offer you?
