This is an excellent opportunity for graduates and candidates with experience in retail, hospitality, leisure or customer service who are looking to build a long-term career in a professional office environment. Your new role This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You'll manage customer accounts, investigate information, resolve queries and build relationships with employers across the UK.Around half of your time will be spent carrying out research and verifying company information using online resources and internal systems. The remainder will involve speaking directly with customers by phone, email and Microsoft Teams, helping them navigate processes, answer questions and resolve outstanding account issues.This role would suit someone who enjoys speaking with people, investigating problems, finding solutions and taking ownership of their work. If you've worked in retail, hospitality, leisure, events, customer service or a public-facing role, you'll already have many of the core skills needed to succeed.Key responsibilities include: Managing customer accounts and maintaining accurate records Registering new customers and updating account information Conducting research and verifying information from multiple sources Supporting reporting, assessment and collection activities Providing excellent customer service via phone, email and Teams Investigating and resolving customer enquiries and disputes Building positive relationships with a wide range of customers and stakeholders Identifying opportunities to improve processes and customer experience What you'll need to succeed We're looking for people with strong communication skills, a positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping customers. You may be a recent graduate looking for your first professional role, or you may already have experience in retail, hospitality, leisure, customer service, administration or another people-focused environment. You'll be able to: * Communicate confidently with a wide range of people * Build rapport and develop professional relationships * Stay organised and manage multiple priorities * Investigate issues and find practical solutions * Remain calm when handling challenging conversations * Work accurately and pay attention to detail * Use Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook and Word * Learn new systems and processes quickly Most importantly, you'll enjoy working as part of a team and taking ownership of customer enquiries from start to finish.
