About the Role We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Orchestration Specialist to join a pioneering AI transformation programme focused on delivering next generation AI solutions at enterprise scale. This role sits at the intersection of business transformation and AI engineering, working with stakeholders to identify high value opportunities and translate them into orchestrated, multi-agent AI workflows. You will be responsible for designing, prototyping and delivering intelligent agent ecosystems that drive measurable business outcomes and reshape complex operational processes. This is an opportunity to work on large-scale AI initiatives that move beyond traditional automation and chatbots, helping to redefine how organisations leverage AI across critical business functions. Key Responsibilities Work closely with business stakeholders to identify, assess and validate AI opportunities. Translate complex business challenges into agentic AI solutions and multi-agent workflows. Design, build and orchestrate AI agents across enterprise processes. Develop proof of concepts and prototypes within controlled environments before scaling into production. Lead end-to-end solution design from discovery and feasibility assessment through to implementation. Create scalable AI workflows focused on delivering measurable business value and ROI. Support the redesign of end-to-end business processes through AI-driven transformation. Collaborate with technical teams, delivery partners and business leadership to ensure successful deployment of AI solutions. Skills & Experience Required Experience designing and delivering Agentic AI solutions within enterprise environments. Strong understanding of multi-agent architectures and orchestration frameworks. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, including agent creation, orchestration and workflow design. Experience working with Generative AI technologies and large language models. Knowledge of agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel or similar technologies. Ability to bridge business requirements and technical implementation. Experience building AI solutions that extend beyond chatbot use cases into complex workflow automation and decision support. Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills. Comfortable operating within ambiguous and rapidly evolving AI environments. Desirable Experience Experience delivering AI solutions within the public sector or highly regulated environments. Experience with Microsoft Azure AI services and Azure AI Foundry. Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI and enterprise-scale AI adoption. Background in consulting, transformation or large-scale technology programmes.
