Front of House - Interiors Firm We are looking for a friendly, professional and highly organised Front of House / Receptionist to join our client, an interiors firm. This is a varied role, with responsibility for ensuring the front of house runs smoothly and that employees, visitors and suppliers receive a warm and professional welcome. You will work closely with the Office Manager and support a range of duties. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist visitors, employees and suppliers in a professional and friendly manner. Manage the reception and front-of-house area, ensuring it is always welcoming and well presented. Coordinate and maintain meeting rooms, including room setups and basic AV/technology support. Support new starter onboarding and help ensure a smooth arrival experience. Liaise with hospitality and catering teams to support meetings, events and workplace activities. Assist with the organisation and delivery of workplace events. Respond to day-to-day workplace requests and help resolve issues efficiently. Work closely with the OM and wider internal teams to maintain a high standard of workplace service. Manage multiple tasks and changing priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail. About You We are looking for someone with experience in front of house, hospitality, customer service, retail or a similar customer-facing environment. You will have: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A warm, confident and professional approach. Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation. Confidence supporting meeting room technology and carrying out basic AV troubleshooting. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. The confidence to deal with visitors, employees, suppliers and internal teams. A proactive, helpful and positive attitude. The ability to follow direction and work effectively with the wider team.
