Generalist Adviser

About us Citizens Advice Cardiff & Vale is an independent charity and member of the Local Citizens Advice network. We help people resolve their legal, money and other problems by providing free, independent, impartial and confidential advice on a range of issues. We are funded to provide services to people in the local area as well as across England and Wales. Role overview You will be part of one of our generalist adviser teams, delivering advice on welfare benefits, debt, housing, employment, immigration, discrimination, family, and social welfare issues. Our teams are diverse, with a range of experiences, and work together in our Barry office, delivering advice to clients via face-to-face appointments, telephone, email and webchat.
