Bench Joiner Location: Hull Hours: Monday to Thursday, 39 hours per week Job Type: Permanent Salary: Competitive, depending on experience Bench Joiner - Hull We are currently recruiting for an experienced Bench Joiner to join a well-established manufacturing business in Hull. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a skilled production team, working on the manufacture and assembly of high-quality bespoke products in a modern workshop environment. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, has excellent attention to detail, and enjoys producing quality work from technical drawings and specifications. Key Responsibilities Manufacturing bespoke products from timber and sheet materials Reading and interpreting technical drawings and work instructions Measuring, marking, cutting, and assembling components accurately Operating a variety of woodworking machinery and hand tools safely Constructing and assembling frames, cabinets, fixtures, and bespoke joinery products Sanding, finishing, and preparing products to a high standard Ensuring products meet quality specifications and customer requirements Carrying out quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production targets Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment Following all health and safety procedures and company policies About You The successful candidate will have: Previous experience as a Bench Joiner within a manufacturing, workshop, or joinery environment Ability to read and work from technical drawings Experience using woodworking machinery and hand tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work Ability to work independently and as part of a team A positive attitude and strong work ethic What's on Offer?
