Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a national heating contractor operating within the local authority sector. They require self-employed carpenters/builders for a long-term contract with a local Housing Association. Contract Details: Location: Rochdale Contract: Social Housing Work Type: General carpentry work in void properties and reactive maintenance Commitment: Minimum of set 3 days per week Contract Length: Ongoing Payment terms: Weekly one week in arrears. Rates: Paid on a schedule of rates average earnings £250.00 - £350.00 per day Key Benefits: Work within a small radius Weekly pay no chasing invoices Monday to Friday (part-time min. 3 days per week commitment can be accommodated) All work are pre-booked. Full PPE and kit provided.
