Birmingham Mind is seeking new Trustees to join our Board and help shape the future of one of the region's leading mental health charities. As a Trustee, you will play a vital role in providing strategic leadership, good governance and oversight, ensuring Birmingham Mind continues to deliver high-quality services and support to thousands of people across Birmingham and Solihull What are we looking for? We welcome applications from people with a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. In particular, we are keen to hear from individuals with expertise in: Digital, IT and Cyber Security Communications, Marketing and Brand Development Housing Development, Property and Supported Housing However, more important than professional expertise is a commitment to the values that underpin everything we do. What's involved? Trustees are expected to: Attend approximately 6 Board meetings per year Participate in Committee meetings where appropriate Review Board papers and contribute to strategic discussions Act as ambassadors for Birmingham Mind Previous Trustee experience is welcome but not essential . We will provide induction, training and ongoing support.
