The programme will begin with onboarding and training, during which graduates will participate in global orientation and regional training programmes. These sessions will cover technical and professional skills, introduce key SMBC processes and business areas, and support analysts' professional development. Analysts will also have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and expand their networks with colleagues across both the region and the globe. Our Programme is an investment in our people.
