Our client is a well-established children's charity based close to London Bridge dedicated to supporting children and families through a range of services and programmes. With a small, close-knit team, they are passionate about creating positive outcomes for families.

About the Role

We are a looking for a part-time HR Administrator to support a key project involving Bright Horizons. You will be updating records & cleansing data along with supporting the wider team with any administration needs.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous HR administration experience who enjoys working in a people-focused environment and wants to contribute to a charity.

Salary: £16ph

Location: Close to London Bridge

Hours: x2 days per week / working 9am to 5pm (1hr break)

Duration: September start - 5 weeks

Duties:

• Provide administrative support for the Bright Horizons project and wider HR function


• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases


• Prepare HR reports and data for project tracking and management reporting

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an HR Administrator or HR Assistant position


• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail


• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information


• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
