Executive Assistant – Private Equity | Dublin | Hybrid (3 Days in Office) | Permanent We’re delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded international Private Equity firm to appoint an Executive Assistant join its growing Dublin office. This is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of a small, close-knit and collaborative team, providing day-to-day support to the Dublin-based Operations team while taking ownership of the smooth running of the office. The Dublin presence is continuing to grow, making this a particularly exciting time to join. The role offers plenty of variety and scope to evolve over time, so we’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being at the heart of a business — organised, proactive and always willing to roll up their sleeves and help wherever needed. You’ll work closely with colleagues in both Dublin and London and play an important role in creating a polished, welcoming and highly efficient office environment. The Role Provide high-quality administrative and EA support to the Dublin Operations team, initially supporting four team members. Manage diaries, meetings, expenses and day-to-day administrative requirements. Work closely with the London support team, providing additional support and cover when required. Take ownership of the day-to-day management and smooth running of the Dublin office. Act as a key point of contact for colleagues, clients and visitors. Coordinate meeting rooms and ensure internal and external meetings run seamlessly. Organise corporate events, client dinners, networking events and hospitality activities across Dublin. Provide on-the-day event support and confidently resolve any last-minute requirements. Coordinate board meetings for two investment funds across approximately 10–12 portfolio companies. Support wider projects and ad hoc requirements as the Dublin office continues to grow. About You Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Team Assistant or Office Manager within a professional environment. Highly organised with strong diary, meeting and administrative coordination experience. Proactive, dependable and comfortable taking ownership. A confident and polished communicator who is comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders. A genuine team player with a flexible, hands-on approach — no task is too big or too small. Calm under pressure with excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. Comfortable working within a smaller office where collaboration and teamwork are key. Discreet and professional, with the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
