The Role We are seeking a Design Coordinator to join our Contracts Team, as a key liaison between Architects & Designers and our sales, manufacturing, and installation teams. This is a pivotal role that ensures creative design intent is translated into technically feasible, beautifully executed product installations that meet client expectations and project deadlines. You'll manage the full design coordination process: from early design consultation through to production planning, document control, and installation readiness, balancing creative vision with practical execution. Key role and responsibilities • Work closely with the Sales and Estimating teams to engage with architects and interior designers, understanding and interpreting the initial design briefs and aesthetic intent. • Translate design concepts into technically feasible solutions in coordination with the Design, Production and Installation teams, ensuring production feasibility and on-site practicality. • Develop and refine design details, prepare technical drawings, maintain & update standard product range detail drawings and produce 2D & 3D CAD models as needed. • Interpret architectural drawings and construction plans, identifying design integration/interface points and site-specific constraints.
