Job Description

If you have experience within construction, social housing, or property maintenance environments and an understanding of work in occupied properties then this could be the role for you. To apply for this role you must have a full, valid UK driving licence, have your own car and be open minded to travel if needed. You must also have GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths and be competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook. As the Resident Liaison Officer some of your daily tasks and responsibilities would be to: Act as the primary point of contact for residents throughout the duration of works Respond to resident queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner Mediate disputes where required and escalate issues appropriately Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, housing associations, and local authorities Arrange and coordinate access to properties for surveyors, operatives, and contractors Provide residents with adequate notice and ensure appointments are managed effectively Carry out pre-entry visits to identify any specific residents needs Maintaining accurate records of all residents' interactions, communications, and action taken Track complaints and resolutions, providing regular updates to management Ensure all documentations is in line with company procedures and client requirements Support and participate in resident meetings, consultations, and community engagement events Gather feedback from residents to support continuous improvement of service delivery It is essential that the right candidate would be confident in customer facing roles, have strong communication skills, excellent organisational and administrative skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
