Multi-Skilled Carpenter Location: Cambridge & Surrounding Areas (CB Postcodes) Rate: £22.00 - £24.00 per hour Contract: Ongoing Sector: Social Housing Maintenance We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Skilled Carpenter to join a busy property maintenance team delivering repairs and maintenance works across a portfolio of residential properties.This is a fantastic long-term contract opportunity offering consistent work, full-time hours and competitive rates. Key Responsibilities: Carrying out all aspects of carpentry repairs and maintenance Hanging doors, fitting locks and carrying out basic joinery works Kitchen and bathroom repairs Reactive and planned maintenance tasks Completing additional basic trade works where required Ensuring work is completed to a high standard within occupied properties Requirements: Proven carpentry experience within a maintenance environment Ability to carry out a range of multi-trade repairs Full UK Driving Licence Strong customer service and communication skills Experience working within residential properties preferred What's on Offer? £22.00 - £24.00 per hour Ongoing contract Full-time hours Immediate start available Long-term opportunity with a well-established maintenance provider If you're a skilled carpenter looking for your next contract role within property maintenance, we'd like to hear from you.
