Project Coordinator / Document Controller Location: Potters Bar, Hertfordshire Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience Project Coordinator / Document Controller Location: Potters Bar, Hertfordshire Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience Sector: Construction / Main Contracting / Project Coordination Employment Type: Full-time The Opportunity Hill McGlynn are currently working with an established construction contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Project Coordinator / Document Controller to join their team, based from their offices in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire. This is a key project-support position, providing document control and coordination across live construction projects while working closely with design, commercial, operational and site teams. The successful candidate must have previous experience using Viewpoint 4Projects, including Administrator User functionality, and be confident managing project information, workflows and documentation through the system. Previous experience working within a main contracting environment would be highly advantageous. The Role As Project Coordinator / Document Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring project information is accurately controlled, distributed and maintained while providing wider coordination support to project teams. Key responsibilities will include: Managing project documentation and information through Viewpoint 4Projects. Utilising Administrator User functionality to manage users, permissions, workflows and project information. Setting up and maintaining project structures within the document management system. Uploading, issuing and distributing drawings, specifications, reports and technical documentation. Maintaining accurate document registers, revision histories and audit trails.
