Multi Skilled Tradesperson x 2 & Multi Skilled Tradesperson (Damp & Mould) x 1 Bromsgrove, Worcestershire £37,960.52 per annum + Company Van, Uniform and Tool Allowance Full Time, Permanent Closing Date: Wednesday 9th September 5pm Interview Date: Tuesday 29th or Wednesday 30th September 2026 The role We are looking for two Multi Skilled Tradespersons and one Multi Skilled Tradesperson (Damp & Mould) to join our Repairs Team and deliver an excellent repairs service to both internal and external customers. About the roles In these roles, you will take a flexible approach to meet customer needs, ensuring clear and effective communication at all times to provide an excellent service experience. You will take full responsibility for diagnosing and completing repairs to the highest standard, aiming to resolve issues on the first visit wherever possible. Working closely with schedulers, you will ensure all actions are communicated and completed efficiently, while focusing on delivering sustainable repairs that prevent repeat issues. You will also carry out void works to the required standards, ensuring properties are ready for occupation. The Multi Skilled Tradesperson (Damp & Mould) role will have a particular focus on identifying, treating and preventing damp and mould within customers' homes. Working as part of our customer-focused repairs service, you will help ensure compliance with Awaab's Law and other regulatory requirements, carrying out damp and mould treatments and associated repairs whilst supporting customers throughout the process.
