TPS2854 Nanny (Two Positions), Abu Dhabi THE HOUSEHOLD A prominent VVIP family based in Abu Dhabi with a formally run household and a well-established nanny team already in place. The team currently comprises a Head of Department, three nannies and a dedicated runner supporting activities, preparation and organisation. The higher-level educational and developmental framework is already embedded within the team. The family are now seeking two additional Nannies to complete the department and support the daily rotation. THE ROLE Two Nanny roles, joining an established team to share the daily care of the children across a well-structured shift pattern. The remit is flexible between the toddler and the infants depending on the day's schedule, with a mix of daytime and night shifts as the rotation requires. The right person is hands-on, dependable and comfortable slotting into a mature team, working with warmth and consistency across whichever child she is with. — Provide attentive, warm and consistent care across the toddler and infant age groups — Work as part of the established daily shift rotation, adapting between the children as the schedule requires — Cover both daytime and night shifts as part of the rotation — Follow the routines, standards and developmental framework already in place within the team — Support the runner and wider team with activities, preparation and daily organisation as needed — Ensure the safety and wellbeing of the children at all times — Travel with the family as required THE ESSENTIALS — Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates — Live-out, with staff accommodation provided — Full-time, rotating shift pattern including regular night shifts — Salary competitive, dependent on experience — Immediate start THE CANDIDATE The right person is hands-on, adaptable and quietly reliable, with genuine experience across both infant and toddler care and the temperament to integrate smoothly into a mature team. — Demonstrable experience caring for infants and toddlers — Flexible and comfortable moving between age groups as the schedule requires — Hands-on, dependable and self-sufficient within an established team — Comfortable with a rotating shift pattern including regular night shifts — Naturally collaborative, with the maturity to follow existing standards without ego — Adaptable, composed and professional across shift patterns — Holds a passport that permits straightforward international travel
