About The Role Days & Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 (60 minute unpaid break) Salary: £27,000 per annum Location: The successful candidates will be required to work across the following locations; Warrington, WA2 & Eccles, M30 The Specialist Services Hub Co-ordinator will work as part of an existing support team, providing day-to-day administrative, operational and customer support for window cleaning and specialist cleaning services across the North of England. Working closely with Support Managers, external field teams and internal colleagues, the role will help ensure that work is planned, monitored, reported and communicated to a consistently high standard. Key responsibilities include: Acting as a key point of contact for helpdesk enquiries, client requests and operational updates, ensuring communications are handled professionally, accurately and in a timely manner. Supporting the co-ordination of window cleaning and specialist cleaning activities across allocated areas. Monitoring team performance information, job progress and completion updates, escalating issues where required and supporting the timely resolution of problem jobs. Assisting with schedule amendments, one-off works, job updates and operational administration within web-based systems, including BigChange. Responding to quote requests, obtaining supporting information, preparing quotations and ensuring quotes are issued, chased and updated through to conclusion. Maintaining strong client communication and ensuring updates are clear, accurate and aligned with agreed service standards. Producing KPI reports and performance summaries for internal review and client reporting. Supporting the administration of site audits, review actions and follow-up activity. Liaising with operations, sales, payroll and administrative teams to support day-to-day service delivery. Providing cover and support for other team members during periods of absence. Contributing to projects, process improvements and wider workloads as agreed with the Specialist Services Hub Manager. Undertaking any other reasonable duties in line with the requirements of the role. About You We are looking for a dynamic, organised and proactive individual who is comfortable working in a busy and varied support role where priorities can change from day to day. The successful candidate will have: Strong customer service and communication skills, with the confidence to deal professionally with clients, managers, field teams and internal departments. Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records, monitor job information and produce reliable reports. The ability to prioritise workloads, manage deadlines and follow tasks through to completion while maintaining service quality. A positive approach to teamwork, alongside the ability to work independently and use initiative to resolve queries and escalate issues appropriately. Experience within facilities management, cleaning, field operations, scheduling, helpdesk, customer service or contract support would be advantageous. The Right to Work in the UK. IT Skills and Systems Experience Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel. Strong Excel skills are preferred, as the role involves data review, KPI reporting, performance tracking and regular spreadsheet-based reporting. Confidence using web-based software systems and the ability to learn new platforms quickly. Experience using HubSpot and BigChange would be beneficial but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
