About The Role Days and Hours: Monday - Friday 21:00 - 05:00 (30 minute unpaid break) Hourly Rate: £14.55 Location: Manchester, Lancashire, M30 0SF As a Specialist Window & Industrial Cleaning Operative, you will deliver specialist cleaning services across multiple commercial and residential sites, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety and presentation. This role is predominantly night-based, although flexibility to work days is required to meet operational and client needs. Your duties will include internal and external window cleaning, high-level window and façade cleaning, MEWP-based cleaning, jet washing, the cleaning of signage, fascias and building elevations, periodic PPM works, and other specialist and industrial cleaning tasks as required. You will work safely at height, travel between sites, and use a range of specialist equipment, including water-fed pole systems and MEWPs, in line with your training. Safety, professionalism and service excellence are at the heart of the role. You will follow all RAMS, COSHH guidance and site procedures, maintain your vehicle, equipment and PPE, and represent Atlas positively when interacting with clients, residents and colleagues. This is a mobile role, and a company van, fuel card, phone and all required equipment will be provided . About You All you need is: An attitude to thrive, and cleaning experience (although we can fully train you from scratch if you match our positive and thoughtful approach). A passion for it would be amazing! Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role. A basic level of spoken English. This is for communication on safety, and your confidence communicating with members of the public and the management team at our client’s site. Good social skills to deliver service with a smile . You're a reliable and safety-conscious professional with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high standards. This role is predominantly night-based , so flexibility to work days when required is essential. A full UK driving licence and IPAF qualification (relevant MEWP categories) are required. Previous experience in window cleaning, high-level cleaning or specialist cleaning is preferred, while a Class 1/HGV Licence and PLASMA certification would be advantageous. You must be comfortable working at height, using specialist equipment, and travelling between sites. Any offer of employment will be conditional upon the successful completion of a DBS check at the required level. Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate will be subject to a driving licence check before deployment. About The Company What makes this job amazing?
