Our Business Development Graduate role is a fast-paced, high-reward entry into consultative field sales, giving you an opportunity to become the CEO of your own territory. What you’ll be doing - Territory management: visit customers, manage accounts and win business through product demonstrations and expert consultative selling. - Field / office split: typically 3 field days (client visits & demos) and 2 office days (prospecting, follow-ups, pipeline management) - Training & development: begin with an intensive induction combining classroom training and on-the-job mentoring, followed by structured development in sales, leadership and management. - Collaboration: work closely with your team and cross-functional experts to deliver tailored solutions and exceed customer expectations.
