Job overview Due to internal staff rotation, we have an opportunity within our Inventory Materials Management Team for an Inventory Materials Management Assistant to help to  develop and enhance the delivery of our patient focused services strategy.   The post holder will work predominantly at CRH within Coronary Angio and Cardiology. This will play a vital role in ensuring that medical/surgical consumable stock is managed effectively.  The post holder may also look after a small number of clinical areas outside of the inventory managed areas. There is a requirement for manual handling and physical distribution of products. The need to work at pace whilst ensuring accuracy is critical to ensure clinical staff have the necessary medical/surgical clinical consumables to deliver healthcare. Regular interaction with staff from all wards and departments is key so a friendly and can do attitude is required at all times. A team player is essential as the daily challenges will require an individual who has is flexible in their approach to the role.
