They are on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic Architectural Technologist to join their Sheffield studio. Benefits for the role of Architectural Technologist include: Highly competitive salary Generous holiday allowance Contributory pension scheme Professional development Personal development Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist include: Manage and deliver on retail projects from inception through to completion Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications Carry out site visits to ensure technical compliance is achieved Prepare planning, technical and construction drawings Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technologist: Degree within Architectural Technology or another related discipline Relevant post qualification experience as an Architectural Technologist within a UK practice Proficient with Revit and AutoCAD Working towards or has achieved CIAT chartership Experience working on projects within the retail sector Excellent working knowledge of UK building regulations Strong technical detailing and presentation skills Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to work well independently and within a team If This role interests you or if you are interested in searching for other roles relating to architecture please feel free to contact Ben Moore on or email .
