Health & Safety Advisor

Health & Safety advisor required. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing, forward-thinking large M&E contractor with a strong commitment to health, safety and environmental performance. You will work closely with project management and site teams to maintain high standards, promote a positive safety culture and ensure full compliance throughout the project. Health & Saftey advisor duties Conduct regular site inspections, audits and safety observations Advise project teams on health and safety legislation and best practice Review and assist with RAMS, construction phase plans and safe systems of work Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses, producing clear reports and corrective actions Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with project requirements Maintain accurate health and safety records and documentation Attend project meetings and provide practical advice to management Drive continuous improvement and encourage a proactive safety culture Opportunity To work on a 5 year project in Bristol Competitive salary and benefits package Long-term career development within a growing M&E contractor Supportive working environment with a strong focus on safety and continuous improvement Please apply or contact Brookfield M&E to discuss in more detail
