Site Supervisor

Freelance Site Supervisor Civils Location: Morpeth, Northumberland Duration: Long-term Contract: Freelance We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a long-term civils scheme in Morpeth . The successful candidate will assist with the day-to-day supervision of works on site, coordinating subcontractors and site teams while ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervising day-to-day site activities Coordinating subcontractors and site operatives Ensuring works are carried out in accordance with RAMS Monitoring progress and reporting to the Site Manager Ensuring works are completed to the required quality standards Maintaining high standards of health & safety across site Assisting with site inductions, briefings and toolbox talks Supporting the Site Manager with general site administration and record keeping Requirements: Previous experience as a Site Supervisor within civil engineering Strong understanding of civils construction SSSTS or SMSTS CSCS First Aid Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to effectively supervise site teams and subcontractors What's on Offer: Long-term freelance position Ongoing work on an established civils scheme Competitive freelance rate Opportunity for continued work beyond the initial contract Consistent work with an established site team
