Maintenance Coordination Supervisor Location: London Salary: Up to £38,000 Contract: Full Time / Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am 5pm Are you an experienced Maintenance Coordinator or Supervisor with a strong background in property services, construction, damp, roofing or restoration? Would you describe yourself as a highly organised, proactive professional who is confident managing contractors, surveyors, clients and a busy coordination team? We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Coordination Supervisor to join a growing property services business, overseeing coordination across its Damp, Roofing and Restoration divisions. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced coordination professional to take ownership of scheduling, survey bookings, project delivery, contractor management and team performance. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring projects run efficiently, clients receive an excellent service and internal teams work effectively together. The role will involve acting as a central point of contact between clients, surveyors, tradespeople, subcontractors and internal teams, whilst supervising and supporting the wider Coordination function.
