SEN Learning Support Assistant The Roundhill Academy Permanent 28.75 hours per week, term time only plus inset (39 weeks per year) Grade 5, Pts 7 to 8 (£16,752 to £17,018) Start Date: ASAP Application Close Date: 9am, Monday 14th September 2026 Provisional Interview Date: w/c Monday 21st September 2026 Are you a natural communicator? The role of Learning Support Assistant will work closely with young people under the support and guidance of the SENDCO and wider SEND department. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely at the Roundhill Department in our successful team. The role will involve some small group intervention as well as planning, delivering and monitoring of key activities to support young people with SEND needs. The role will also incorporate literacy and numeracy support as well as the new whole school implementation of the Thrive approach, for which you will be fully trained.
