Start Time: 07:00amClass 2 HGV Driver | Category C | Window & Door Deliveries | Multi-Drop | BlackburnWe’re looking for an experienced Class 2 HGV Driver to join a well-established window and door manufacturer based in Blackburn.You’ll be delivering aluminium and uPVC windows and doors to trade customers and building sites across local and regional routes.If you’re a careful and reliable driver who enjoys being out on the road, dealing with customers and taking pride in delivering goods safely, this could be a great opportunity for you.What’s the job?As a Class 2 Driver, you’ll be responsible for:

• Driving a Class 2 HGV on local and regional delivery routes
• Delivering windows, doors and related products
• Completing multiple deliveries throughout the day
• Making sure products are securely loaded and safely transported
• Taking care when handling fragile window and door products
• Delivering to trade customers, businesses and building sites
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks
• Completing delivery paperwork when required
• Providing a friendly and professional service to customers
• Following drivers’ hours, tachograph and road safety regulations

What are we looking for?We’re looking for a reliable Class 2 HGV Driver who understands that these products need to be handled with care.You’ll need:

• A valid Class 2 / Category C HGV licence
• Previous Class 2 driving experience
• Experience with multi-drop or delivery work
• Good knowledge of UK roads
• A good attitude and reliable approach to work
• Good communication skills
• The ability to safely handle and secure loads
• An understanding of safe load security

Experience delivering windows, doors, building materials or other fragile products would be beneficial, but isn’t essential.Important Licence RequirementsPlease check that you meet the following requirements before applying:

• No IN endorsements
• No DD endorsements
