Whether you're an experienced Teaching Assistant or have transferable experience supporting children and young people, I’d love to hear from you. Your new role As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting pupils both in and out of the classroom. Responsibilities may include: Supporting teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 Working with small groups to reinforce learning Providing one-to-one support where needed Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment Encouraging pupil engagement, confidence and independence Assisting with classroom preparation and daily routines Roles are available on both a full-time and part-time basis, with opportunities for long-term and permanent positions.
