Team Assistant – Management Consultancy £30 ,000–£34,000 + excellent benefits & bonus Hybrid | 2–3 days in the office Global London based consultancy An exciting opportunity to build your career Are you an organised, proactive and switched-on administrator looking for your next career move? Join a high-profile global Management Consultancy specialising in Media, Sports and  Entertainment where you’ll become part of a supportive EA team, work with an impressive client base and enjoy genuine long-term opportunities to develop your career. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 12 - 18 months’ corporate administration experience who is ready to take on a varied, fast-paced role and learn from an experienced team. You’ll initially support the EAs who work closely with senior fee earners, helping with everything from diary and inbox management to presentations, travel and client liaison. As you develop your skills and confidence, there is clear scope to progress into an EA role . What you’ll be doing Supporting the EA team with day-to-day administrative and EA responsibilities Preparing reports, packs, presentations and other materials Assisting with marketing and pitch presentations Managing diaries and inboxes Arranging internal and external meetings and appointments Coordinating domestic and international travel Monitoring emails and responding promptly and professionally Maintaining accurate records and ensuring the CRM/database is up to date Carrying out quality control and document management Proofreading briefs, reports and presentations Liaising confidently with clients and key stakeholders What we’re looking for We’re looking for someone who is bright, personable, hardworking and keen to learn . You’ll thrive in a busy environment where no two days are the same and where you’ll need to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of work. You’ll ideally have: At least 12-18 months’ corporate administration experience Excellent organisation and time-management skills Outstanding attention to detail and strong proofreading ability Excellent common sense, integrity and discretion Clear, confident communication skills A collaborative and flexible approach A proactive approach, with the confidence to take initiative and find solutions The ability to anticipate problems and think ahead Strong MS Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and PowerPoint ; Database/CRM experience would be advantageous Why join?
