Mechanical Estimator - Warwick Location: Warwick, CV34 Contract Type: Permanent Salary: 50,000 - 60,000 DOE + Company Car / Allowance Sector: Mechanical & Electrical Building Services Description We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Estimator to join an established M&E contractor based in Warwick. Joining a small estimating team consisting of Electrical and Small works. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing accurate and competitive mechanical estimates across a range of sectors, including commercial, education, healthcare, industrial, residential and heritage projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially aware and technically competent estimator looking to join a collaborative team and play a key role in securing high-quality projects. This opportunity is working with a small team reporting directly to the director. Projects value up to 6million. Salary & Benefits 50,000 - 60,000 per annum, depending on experience Company Car or Car Allowance Pension after qualifying period Westfield Health Level One Scheme 25 days annual leave + bank holidays Office-based role in Warwick working 8am till 5pm Opportunity to work across a diverse range of sectors and projects Essential Previous experience as a Mechanical Estimator within an M&E contractor. HNC, HND, Degree or equivalent industry experience. Strong knowledge of mechanical building services. Proven experience managing projects and budgets. Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and technical documentation. Strong commercial awareness and a client-focused approach. Excellent numerical and analytical skills. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint. Highly organised, self-motivated and driven. Full UK Driving Licence. Using Cypher1
