Clerk of Works A growing multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Sheffield is looking to appoint an experienced Clerk of Works to join its expanding team. The consultancy delivers Building Surveying and Project Management services across the commercial, education, healthcare and public sectors. The successful candidate will work across a diverse portfolio of refurbishment, extension, conversion and new build projects, predominantly within approximately one hour of Sheffield. You will undertake regular site inspections, identify defects and non-compliance, and work closely with contractors and project teams to ensure high standards are maintained throughout the construction process.
