Key Responsibilities: Reactive maintenance, fault finding, and repairs Complete PPM tasks Annual emergency lighting maintenance Ensure 18th Edition (BS 7671) compliance Maintain records and support H&S/audits Work with site teams Requirements: NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) 18th Edition certification (essential)
