This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Glazing Estimator / Façade Estimator to join a well-established business delivering high-quality aluminium windows, doors, curtain walling and façade solutions across commercial construction. You will like The Glazing Estimator job itself, where you will take responsibility for producing accurate and competitive estimates for glazing, window, door, curtain walling and façade projects. Working closely with pre-construction colleagues, clients, contractors, suppliers and the wider project team, you will help secure profitable new business and support successful project delivery. More specifically: Reviewing tender documents, drawings, specifications and client requirements Measuring and quantifying glazing, curtain walling, windows, doors and associated façade systems Preparing accurate material, labour and subcontractor cost estimates Obtaining and evaluating supplier and subcontractor quotations Producing detailed tender submissions, quotations and pricing schedules Identifying commercial risks, value-engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions Liaising with architects, contractors, clients and suppliers on technical and commercial enquiries Attending site visits and pre-tender meetings where required Maintaining accurate pricing, supplier and historical project cost inf
