Job Title: Plasterer - Property Services Location: Kent Type: Permanent Salary: 40,660 Company Overview: Daniel Owen are recruiting for a social housing contractor based in Kent. We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Plasterer to join their team on a permanent basis, working across a variety of social housing projects. This role is paying 40,660 with a van and fuel card supplied Key Responsibilities: As a Plasterer within the Property Services team, you will be responsible for: Carrying out general maintenance on occupied properties Completing void work (properties that are vacant and require maintenance) Plastering, including all aspects of plastering and rendering Providing additional support with other trades when required Required Experience & Qualifications: Experience working in social housing or council properties A full UK driving license (essential for travel to sites) Previous experience in multi-trade roles would be an advantage
