Our client, a well-established multi-disciplinary consultancy with offices across the UK, are currently seeking an Architectural Technologist to join their growing Manchester studio. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a highly respected practice delivering an impressive portfolio of projects across the Education, High-rise residential, Healthcare, Commercial, Heritage and Regeneration sectors. The Manchester office plays a key role in delivering a wide variety of new-build, refurbishment, retrofit and large-scale regeneration schemes for local authorities, housing associations, education providers, commercial clients and public sector organisations. Current work includes high-rise residential remediation and refurbishment projects, schools and university buildings, healthcare facilities, commercial developments, heritage refurbishments and major residential regeneration schemes, with project values typically ranging from 5 million to 20 million. Due to a continued increase in workload, they are open to considering Architectural Technologists at all levels.
