Location: Tooting, London
Contract: 3 Month Fixed Term Contract
Salary: £28,939 pro rata
Start Date: Immediate Start
We are looking for an experienced and professional Receptionist to join a busy and friendly office environment on a 3-month fixed-term contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong front-of-house and administrative experience who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service and can confidently manage a busy reception area.
Duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Managing incoming calls and enquiries
- Coordinating meeting room bookings
- Handling post, deliveries and general office administration
- Managing visitor sign-in procedures and records
- Responding to email enquiries
- Maintaining office supplies and stationery stock
- Supporting facilities and maintenance reporting
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the wider team
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous Reception, Front of House or Administration experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- The ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload
- A professional, proactive and friendly approach
