Nanny

We are looking for a warm, compassionate and highly experienced nanny to care for our baby, currently 7 weeks old. Two mornings per week, approximately 4 hours each, Flexible on days. Two afternoons per week could also work instead. In addition, two evenings per month, agreed in advance and happy to cover transport home after late evenings if needed. Possibility of increasing to 3–4 full days per week from July next year, when Mum returns to work and to travel with family next year (France for one week next June, Spain for two weeks next September) Essential Extensive professional nanny experience Significant experience caring for newborns and young babies Experience with older children Warm, compassionate and genuinely loves children Gentle, calm, patient and reassuring Responsive and baby-led approach Happy to support Mum with establishing a gentle routine Understanding of normal newborn sleep and development Reliable and trustworthy First-aid qualification Excellent references from previous families DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) Non-smoker Right to work in the UK We are looking for someone who responds to our baby's individual needs and cues and takes a gentle, responsive approach to care. Sleep coaching experience or formal qualifications are welcome but not essential.
