Junior Personal Assistant – Private Family Office Location: Central London Working pattern: Five days per week in the office Hours: Monday–Friday, standard office hours, with occasional out-of-hours contact Reporting to: Lead Personal Assistant Contract: Permanent, full-time Please note: this is a fully office-based position. The requirement to work in the Central London office five days per week is non-negotiable, and there is no hybrid or remote-working option. The Opportunity An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a bright, highly organised and service-focused Junior Personal Assistant to join a prestigious and well-established private family office in Central London . Supporting three members of a private family and working closely with an experienced Lead PA, you will assist with a broad range of personal administration, international travel, property coordination, lifestyle management and concierge requests. This is a hands-on, high-trust position within a close-knit and collaborative family office team. It would suit someone at the beginning of their PA career who has already gained experience in an administrative, hospitality, luxury service, concierge or customer-facing role and is now looking to develop within the private office or UHNW support environment. Previous family office experience is advantageous but not essential. Far more important will be your judgement, discretion, attention to detail, willingness to learn and genuine commitment to providing an outstanding level of personal service. Key ResponsibilitiesPersonal and Administrative Support Assist with correspondence, diary-related administration and general personal tasks on behalf of the principals Support the Lead PA with the day-to-day coordination of requirements across three family members Maintain accurate records, reminders, contact details and supporting documentation Track requests carefully and ensure actions are completed promptly and to a consistently high standard Handle private, confidential and sensitive information with complete discretion Anticipate upcoming requirements and provide proactive support wherever possible Lifestyle and Concierge Support Coordinate restaurant reservations, event tickets, appointments, gifting and other lifestyle arrangements Research suitable venues, experiences, services and suppliers according to the principals’ individual preferences Liaise with restaurants, hotels, private clubs, venues and luxury service providers Source thoughtful solutions for personal requests, often within short timeframes Build positive relationships with trusted suppliers and ensure a seamless standard of service Follow up thoroughly, confirming every detail and resolving any issues before they reach the principals Travel Coordination Arrange complex domestic and international travel, including commercial flights, private aviation, hotels, ground transportation and transfers Prepare clear and detailed travel itineraries, supporting documents and schedules Check travel requirements and ensure all bookings, timings and preferences are accurate Support passport and visa applications, renewals and associated documentation Monitor itineraries and respond calmly to delays, cancellations or last-minute changes Troubleshoot travel issues in real time, including occasional contact outside standard office hours Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the principals’ travel preferences and requirements Property Coordination Support the smooth running of multiple private properties Coordinate maintenance appointments, inspections, deliveries and supplier visits Liaise with contractors, household employees, housekeeping teams and facilities providers Assist with property-related projects and ensure schedules and actions remain on track Maintain accurate property information, supplier records and outstanding-action lists Help ensure each residence is prepared and operating to the required standard Family Office Team Support Work closely with PAs, finance colleagues, property professionals, household teams and external advisers Keep the Lead PA appropriately informed and escalate issues when necessary Provide reliable cover and assistance during busy periods, holidays or absences Communicate clearly across the wider family office to ensure requests are coordinated effectively Take direction positively while becoming increasingly confident and self-sufficient Contribute to a supportive, professional and team-focused working environment About You You will be naturally organised, discreet and eager to learn.
