Team Assistant | Executive Search London | 2 days office / 3 days WFH | Full-time, permanent A globally respected executive search firm is looking for a Team Assistant to join their high-profile, fast-paced practice covering Sports, Gaming, Media and Corporate Affairs- one of the firm's longest-standing and highest-performing teams. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their career to get a genuine foothold in executive search, working alongside Partners, Consultants, Researchers and EAs on some of the most high-profile mandates in the market. It's varied, external-facing and offers real scope to grow- many Team Assistants in this business progress into EA roles. The role: Supporting EAs and the wider team with day-to-day coordination Assisting with pitch and marketing presentation prep Organising team and corporate events, away days and hospitality Managing hotel and travel bookings Handling calls, qualification checks, referencing, invoicing and CRM management Approx. one third of the role covering EA duties: inbox and diary management, candidate reports and proposals, and meeting coordination About you: Excellent organisation and time management, comfortable juggling competing priorities A proactive, "completer-finisher" mindset - accurate, accountable, and always following through Confident with MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint; Excel a plus) Discreet, trustworthy and dependable Positive, energetic, and happy to go the extra mile Professional services, or search/recruitment experience is a plus but not essential What's on offer: 25 days annual leave + Christmas closure and bank holidays Private medical insurance, group pension, life assurance and income protection Genuinely collaborative, sociable culture - sports clubs, book club, choir and more Real progression path within a top-performing global practice Hybrid working: 2–3 days in a central London office, rest remote
