Executive Assistant, Global Investment Management Firm Madrid - Hybrid - Ongoing Contract A rare opportunity for a high-calibre EA to join the Madrid office of one of the world’s most respected global investment management organisations. The Madrid team works closely with senior colleagues and offices across Europe and the US, offering excellent exposure to a sophisticated global business. The Role Supporting a senior Sales team, you will be trusted to take ownership of a broad range of complex executive and team-level responsibilities, including: Complex diary management across multiple international time zones Coordinating high-level meetings from scheduling through to follow-up International travel planning and logistics Proactively managing competing priorities and resolving diary conflicts Preparation of presentations, reports and other high-quality documentation Expense management and general executive administration Liaison with colleagues and stakeholders across international offices, particularly the US Sales and client-support activities Ad hoc projects and process improvements The Ideal Applicant We are looking for an accomplished EA who is already operating at a high level within a demanding professional environment. You will bring: 7+ years’ EA experience within investment management, banking, private equity, financial services or management consultancy Fluent Spanish and English Exceptional diary management and international meeting coordination skills Outstanding organisation, attention to detail and follow-through A calm, polished and solutions-focused approach Strong judgement, discretion and the ability to anticipate requirements Confidence managing multiple priorities and senior stakeholders Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and PowerPoint Ideally, experience supporting a Sales or client-facing function A collaborative and thoughtful approach, with the initiative to work independently Eligibility to work in Spain This is an opportunity to join a truly international investment management environment and become an integral part of an established Madrid team.
