The patch you will be covering is East Kent, Canterbury and surrounding area's. This position is a straight perm role for a well-established housing assosiation who provide some fantastic career benefits, Van and fuel card, holidays, pension contribution etc. Duties of the Carpenter Multi Trader: Carrying out General Maintenance on occupied and void properties Plumbing, Carpentry, Plastering and Tiling repairs. Painting and decorating Must have a main trade of either carpentry or plumbing. Experience of the Carpenter Multi: Must have social/domestic housing experience. A full UK driving license. Must have multiple trades.
