Multi Trade Operative - Warminster & Shaftesbury Location: Warminster, Shaftesbury & surrounding areas. Hours: Monday-Friday, 39 hours Pay: Competitive hourly rate Type: Temporary ongoing, with potential for temp-to-perm Our client is looking for an experienced Multi Trade Operative to carry out responsive repairs within social housing properties across the Warminster and surrounding areas. Duties Joinery and carpentry repairs Plumbing repairs and replacements General property maintenance Patch plastering and basic flooring Responsive repairs in tenanted properties Managing your own daily workload Providing good customer service to residents Requirements Previous Multi Trade experience Joinery and plumbing experience essential Social housing/responsive repairs experience Relevant trade qualification preferred Full UK driving licence Asbestos Awareness, Manual Handling and Working at Height training DBS check required Benefits Ongoing work with potential for temp-to-perm Weekly pay Company van and fuel provided Tools provided Monday-Friday working Potential for additional call-out work
