Receptionist Temporary Contract £13.85 per Manchester City Centre Monday to Friday - 9:00am to 5:00pm (30-minute lunch break) Immediate Start Temporary until End of September Are you an experienced Receptionist or Administrator who enjoys working in a busy office environment? Do you thrive when juggling priorities, handling high volumes of calls, and providing excellent customer service? Our client, a well-established property management company based in Manchester City Centre, is looking for a confident and professional Receptionist to join their team immediately and provide support during a particularly busy period. As the first point of contact for tenants and visitors, you'll play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly. This is a fast-paced position requiring excellent organisation, strong communication skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Key Responsibilities Managing a high volume of inbound calls from tenants and customers. Taking accurate messages and directing calls to the appropriate Property Manager. Responding to incoming emails in a timely and professional manner. Providing a welcoming and professional front-of-house service. Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties. Maintaining high levels of accuracy whilst working at pace. What We're Looking For Previous reception, customer service or office administration experience. Excellent telephone manner and communication skills. Ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working in a busy office environment. Able to multitask and prioritise workload effectively. Available to start immediately. What's on Offer? Competitive pay of £13.85 per hour.
