Mobile Powered Access Engineer Peterborough (Commutable) £45,000 basic Van with fuel card and personal use, 25 days holiday plus banks, 42.5 hour week plus overtime and bonus and more Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mobile Powered Access Engineer to join our team, covering the East Midlands region. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of machinery, including scissor lifts, booms, telehandlers, and more. This role offers a competitive basic salary of £40,000 - £47,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including a company van with a fuel card (available for personal use), 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, and more. Responsibilities As a Mobile Powered Access Engineer, your key responsibilities will include: Conducting routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on a wide range of powered access equipment, including scissor lifts, booms, and telehandlers. Diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults efficiently and effectively. Ensuring all work is carried out to the highest safety and quality standards, adhering to company and industry regulations. Providing excellent customer service while working on-site at client locations across the East Midlands. Maintaining accurate records of all work completed, including service reports and job sheets. Collaborating with the wider engineering team to share knowledge and best practices. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: Proven experience working with powered access equipment or similar machinery. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Relevant engineering qualifications (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent). Full UK driving license. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention
